T&P official partner of Confimi Industria at National Assembly in Rome

On the occasion of the Confimi Industria National Assembly in Rome, Trifirò&Partners had an important opportunity for visibility thanks to the participation of Attorney Orazio Marano, who was invited to the event as a representative of our firm.

It was significant to see Trifirò&Partners recognized among the official partners of the initiative—the only law firm mentioned on the posters and institutional materials alongside leading national companies. This is a sign of confidence that confirms the value of the path we have built over time with the Confimi network, which today represents more than 45,000 companies across the country, including those from the Bergamo region with which we have been collaborating for years.

Confimi has brought manufacturing and production-related services back to the center, along with the need for a form of representation capable of listening to and interpreting the real needs of entrepreneurs. Being present in this context means actively contributing to this dialogue, bringing our legal perspective and experience to support the evolution of the production system.

Stefano Trifirò

Stefano Trifirò has gained experience in Employment Law and Commercial Law, advising leading Italian and foreign companies in the manufacturing sector and the Fashion Industry in important corporate reconstruction, social liquidation and consequent liability actions. Stefano also provides regular legal assistance to primary Companies, Manager and Executives before all Courts, including the higher ones such as Constitutional Court, European Court of Human Rights and Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as in arbitration proceedings in various issues, including the appeal of individual dismissals, liability actions pursuant to article 2087 of the Italian Civil Code, management issues with reference to articles 2393 and 2476 of the Italian Civil Code, appeal of resolutions of shareholders' meetings. He graduated from the University “Statale” of Milan. Stefano has been Attorney since 1991 and is the author of referred articles and notes for the main specialized journal and magazines such as Forbes, Il Corriere della Sera and Italia Oggi. He regularly participates as Speaker and Lecturer in conferences, seminars, webinars on Employment and Commercial Law. He is a contributor to the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and annual highlights, dedicated to specific issues of Labour, Corporate, Banking and Insurance Law. Stefano has been a member of AGI - Italian Employment Lawyers Association - since its foundation.

Orazio Marano

Orazio Marano has gained experience in Employment Law and Trade Union Law, assisting primary companies operating in various economic sectors (including broadcasting, insurance, tourism, logistics and transport) – both as a consultant and attorney before the Courts - in important corporate restructuring, as well as for employers’ associations and Managers. After graduating from the Catholic University of “Sacro Cuore'' of Milan, he is Attorney since 2001 and is also the author of many publications in the sector of Employment Law (including the commentary “Licenziamenti individuali, licenziamenti collettivi e cassa integrazione” of “Codice di Diritto del Lavoro. Leggi, dottrina e giurisprudenza sul rapporto di lavoro subordinato” published by La Tribuna). He collaborates in the writing of detailed notes published on the important web portal “Global Edge” (including the article on “Changing terms and conditions'' of the salaried employment contract), as well as in the editing of Trifirò & Partners publications, T&P news and annual Highlights. He specifically deals with Employment Law and Trade Union Law.
