Rebecca Pala started her professional career in the areas of Employment Law and Civil Law, in particular she advised major Italian companies and top-managers in the industrial sector and services in important events and disputes.
Rebecca also provides legal assistance with regard to appeal of dismissals, management relationship, safety at workplace and liability actions pursuant to articles 2087 and 2393 Italian Civil Code.
Graduated in Law from the University of Milan, Rebecca attended the Advanced Course in Employment Law at the University of Pavia and is Assistant Professor of Employment Law’s Faculty at the University of Milan.
She regularly collaborates on the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and annual highlights, dedicated to specific issues of Employment Law, Corporate, Banking and Insurance Law.
