On February 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the Salone Valente – Palazzina Anmig, located at Via San Barnaba 29, Milan, will host an important conference dedicated to the recent renewal of the collective agreement for industrial executives. The event is organized by the Milan Bar Association as part of its continuing professional education program, granting three training credits to participants.

Among the distinguished speakers will be Attorney Salvatore Trifirò, a leading authority in Italian labor law, who will leverage his over 50 years of legal experience to analyze the unresolved critical issues of the collective agreement renewal from a corporate perspective.

The Trifirò & Partners Law Firm, founded by Attorney Trifirò, has handled tens of thousands of cases, always prioritizing dispute resolution over litigation. The firm has played a pivotal role in shaping modern labor law, contributing to the establishment of key legal principles in areas such as legitimate labor strikes, the right to strike, individual and collective dismissals, wage guarantee funds, workplace harassment (mobbing), employment classification (independent vs. subordinate work), conciliation procedures, and trade union law. Its clientele includes major national and international companies, CEOs, and executives.

The event will begin with Attorney Giovanna Fantini, Council Member of the Milan Bar Association and Coordinator of the Labor Law Commission, who will deliver opening remarks on behalf of the Bar Association.

Following this, several legal and industry experts will present their insights:

  • Dr. Ezio Siniscalchi, former Labor Judge in Milan and President of the Bergamo Court, will discuss the most common disputes arising from the application and interpretation of the collective agreement.
  • Attorney Paola Cerullo will analyze gender equality and inclusion aspects introduced in the renewed agreement.
  • Attorney Stefano Micucci, legal counsel for Federmanager, will present key welfare and social security updates within the contract renewal.
  • Dr. Vincenzo Di Marco, Board Member of the Italian Association of HR Directors (AIDP), will provide an industry perspective on the agreement renewal.

The conference will conclude with Attorney Marco De Bellis, who will also act as moderator, offering a legal analysis of the unresolved issues from the executives’ perspective, contrasting the previous corporate viewpoint.

A short roundtable discussion will follow, allowing speakers to address questions from the audience.
