Leonardo Calella has gained his experience in Employment Law, Trade Union Law and Social Security Law, advising major Italian and foreign companies in the service and Industrial sectors, on human resources management (disciplinary charges, transfers and dismissals) and contracts (employment letters, smart working agreements, delegation of functions). Leonardo also regularly provides legal assistance to leading companies in the Energy-Oil and Fashion industry sector on challenging individual and collective dismissals, ascertaining the subordinate nature of the employment relationship, company transfers.
He graduated in Law from Bocconi University of Milan and he has been an Attorney since 2021.
He is the author of main articles and notes for Il Sole 24 Ore (Norme e Tributi) and the website Diritto24. He is a regular contributor to the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and annual Highlights, dedicated to specific topics of Employment, Corporate, Banking and Insurance Law.
