Paolo Zucchinali gained his professional experience, at the Rome office of the Firm, in Employment Law and Trade Union Law advising leading Italian and foreign companies operating in all sectors and, in particular, in the publishing, radio and television, opera and symphony foundations, ICT, automotive, airport and GDO sectors in important transactions and disputes.
Paolo also regularly provides legal assistance to major companies, directors and top managers before all Courts, including the higher courts such as the “Corte di Cassazione”, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as in arbitration proceedings in all fields of the aforementioned sectors, including: appeals against dismissals, individual and collective dismissals, management of management relations, compensation for damages, proceedings pursuant to article 28 of the Italian Employment Code, among others.
He is the author of articles and notes for leading specialized journals and newspapers. He regularly participates as a speaker and lecturer at conferences, seminars and webinars on Employment Law and Trade Union Law’s issues.
He regularly contributes to the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and annual Highlights, dedicated to specific topics of Employment Law and Trade Union Law.
Paolo is a member of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers Association.
