Mario Cammarata
Mario Cammarata has gained a wide experience in Employment Law, providing legal advice to Italian and foreign companies and industrial groups, belonging to different product sectors, from the metalworkers to that of commerce and publishing. He has dealt with all the main issues relating to Employment law, from restructuring and reorganization operations, layoffs, collective redundancies and transfers of companies, to those of an individual character, concerning individual dismissals, transfers, contractual framework, assignment, mobbing and agency relations, matters of which is a major expert.
He is the author of numerous articles and comments on case law and collaborates with the editorial staff of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and Highlights.
