Conference – Tackling School Dropout: A Shared Commitment to the Future of Young People

Milan | The Human Rights Commission of the Milan Bar Association and AIDP – the Italian Association for Human Resources Management – are joining forces to address one of the most pressing challenges of our time: school dropout. On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 2:30 PM, the Aula Magna of the Milan Courthouse will host an open discussion for lawyers and HR directors, aimed at raising public awareness of a phenomenon that has a profound impact on both society and the labor market.

Addressing school dropout means not only protecting the right to education but also ensuring greater opportunities for young people.

mariapaola-rovetta_73During the event, experts from the legal and educational sectors, alongside representatives from the business world, will analyze the causes of school dropout and propose concrete strategies to counter it. The goal is to build a more equitable and secure future for the next generations.

The event will be introduced and moderated by Lawyer Mariapaola Rovetta Arici (Trifirò & Partners Avvocati), together with Lawyer Massimo Audisio, Council Member of the Milan Bar Association and President of the Human Rights Commission.
