Anna Maria Corna has gained a wide experience in Employment Law and Trade Union Law, advising leading Italian and foreign companies in the GDO, textile and metalworking industry, postal or logistics services, focusing on disputes with employees (including managers or senior figures) or in proceedings initiated by OO.SS.LL.
Anna Maria also gives her legal advice in all phases of M&A operations related to a branch of the company or to a company itself, for employment issues. Anna Maria provides to major Companies, Top Managers and Directors assistance on litigation before all Courts, including the higher ones (i.e. the Constitutional Court) as well as in arbitration proceedings in different matters including Sports Labor Law
After she got the Diploma in classical studies from the High School of Parma, she graduated in Law from the University of Parma. Anna Maria has been an Attorney since 1985 and is the author of articles and notes for the main specialized magazines and newspapers such as Il Sole 24 ore.
She often participates as Speaker and Lecturer in conferences, seminars, webinars on Employment Law issues. She is a secured contributor to the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and annual highlights, dedicated to specific topics of Employment Law, Corporate, Banking and Insurance. Anna Maria is a member of AGI - Italian Employment Lawyers Association.
