
The 17th edition of “Codice del lavoro e leggi complementari” has been published. The book has been edited by the lawyers Giacinto Favalli, Luca d’Arco and Andrea Stanchi and the publishing house “La Tribuna”.
Giacinto Favalli
Giacinto Favalli is a Founding Partner of Trifirò & Partners Firm and is mentioned in legal journals and guides, including international ones, as one of the most experienced Italian attorneys in the field of employment law. He always has focused on advising and assisting companies and industrial groups, both Italian and foreign, belonging to a variety of sectors, from engineering to pharmaceuticals, large-scale distribution, publishing and insurance, in relation to all the main issues concerning employment law. At the same time, he has also been active in litigations, advocating numerous important cases not only before the territorial courts, but also before the highest Courts such as “Corte di Cassazione”, “Consiglio di Stato”, the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
He collaborates on an ongoing basis with specialized journals in the sector and is the author of numerous books and publications.
He regularly participates in conferences and webinars, as a speaker, on employment law issues.
Over the years, he has received awards for his professional activity on numerous occasions.
He has been a member of the Council of the Milan Bar Association. He is a member of AGI - Italian Employment Lawyers Association - of which he was founder and vice president and is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association - EELA.
Luca D'Arco
Luca D'Arco, has been an Attorney since 1999 and admitted to practice before the “Corte di Cassazione” since 2015. He focuses on Employment and Trade Union Law, providing both contentious and non-contentious legal assistance to major Italian and foreign multinational companies, with particular reference to those operating in the engineering, trade, chemical-pharmaceutical, insurance, logistics, multiservices, facility management & global service and rail transport, postal, banking and tourism. He deals with major corporate restructuring and reorganization processes, mergers, transfers of companies or branches, as well as in the management of employment relationships, including executive, as well as agency, or quasi-subordinate or outsourced relationships.
Luca regularly has been represented major companies before all courts throughout Italy, including the “Corte di Cassazione”, with a specific focus on appeals against individual and collective dismissals; proceedings for unfair work practice; interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements, as well as disputes against National Social Security and Welfare Institutions and Labour Inspectorates with specific reference to violations of employment regulations.
He graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Milan “Sacro Cuore” and he is the author of numerous articles and notes for specialized journals and co-author of, as well as editor and co-author of the editions of the Codice del Lavoro pocket CELT e del Codice Major di diritto del Lavoro CELT, and of the book on employment in the “Itinera series” published by IPSOA.
He participates as a speaker and lecturer at conferences, seminars and webinars on Employment and Trade Union Law issues. He also contributes regularly to the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and annual Highlights.
