Compensation under the Jobs Act

On July 16, the Constitutional Court filed the ground for sentence number 150, 2020 which declared the uncostitutionality of the criterion for calculating the compensation provided for in article 4 of legislative decree 4 March 2015 no. 23 (Jobs Act) for dismissals flawed on a formal and procedural level.
According to the consultation the indemnity cannot be rigidly anchored only to the seniority of service.
